Terms of Service

The Profi Taxi Driver app lets registered and approved drivers accept and handle rides brokered by the Profi Taxi platform. These terms apply to the relationship between the operator and the driver.

Using the app requires registration and subsequent approval by the operator. The driver must provide truthful and current information. The operator may refuse registration or withdraw approval.

The driver undertakes in particular to:

• hold a valid driving licence and all legal permits for the transport of persons,
• keep the vehicle in proper technical and sanitary condition and maintain valid insurance,
• comply with traffic rules and the laws of the Czech Republic,
• behave professionally and safely towards riders,
• keep the information in the app up to date.

The driver uses the app only for their own account and must not misuse it, circumvent its features or disrupt its operation. Credentials are non-transferable.

To offer and handle rides the app uses device location while the driver is online. The driver controls availability (online/offline). Location processing is described in the privacy policy.

Payments for rides and any payouts to the driver are handled through a payment provider and according to the arrangement between the driver and the operator. Details may be governed by a separate agreement.

The app is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for outages of third-party services, inaccuracies in map data, or the driver's conduct towards riders. The driver is responsible for the transport provided and its compliance with the law.

In case of breach of these terms or the law, the operator may suspend or terminate the account. The driver may request account deletion at any time on the relevant page.

We may change these terms. The current version is available on this page and is effective upon publication.

The relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Czech courts.
