Delete account

Here you can request deletion of your Profi Taxi Driver account and the personal data associated with it. We process requests in line with the GDPR.

What will be deleted

Your driver profile (name, email, phone, driving licence number and vehicle details).
Your sign-in identity and access to the app.
Your service-area preferences and availability status.

Timeline

We will process the request within 30 days at the latest. Some data (e.g. records of completed rides and payments) may have to be retained for a statutory period even after the account is deleted; see the privacy policy for details.
