Privacy Policy

In connection with providing the driver app we process in particular:

• Identity and contact data: full name, email, phone number.
• Driver and vehicle data: driving licence number, vehicle make, model, colour and licence plate.
• Location data: device location while you use the app (see the location section).
• Operational data: availability status (online/offline), selected areas, ride history and status, ratings.
• Technical data: device identifiers, logs and data necessary for security and operation of the service.

• Providing the service / performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): registration, driver verification, ride matching, showing location and navigation.
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting and tax records, ride records.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security, fraud prevention, service quality and improvement.

The app processes device location to show your position on the map and to share it with the rider during a trip. Location is processed only while you are actively using the app (in the foreground). You can stop location collection at any time by revoking the permission in your phone settings; this may limit app functionality.

We use vetted providers who may process data as our processors:

• Identity and authentication provider (sign-in management).
• Hosting and database provider (running the app and storing data).
• Payment services provider (processing payments and payouts).
• Maps and navigation data provider.

We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep personal data for the duration of the account and afterwards only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes and legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax records for the statutory period). After account deletion we erase or anonymise data we are no longer required to keep.

In relation to the processing you have, in particular, the right:

• to access your data and obtain a copy,
• to rectification of inaccurate data,
• to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You can request deletion of your account and related personal data on the Delete account page. We will process the request within 30 days at the latest.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and secure storage of credentials.

Where some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this is done under appropriate safeguards pursuant to the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

The app is intended solely for adult drivers and is not directed to persons under 18.

We may update this policy. We will inform you of material changes by appropriate means; the current version is always available on this page.
